Yep! 
Noctis provides a free MySQL database for each Minecraft server you own. 
To activate your free MySQL database follow these steps:
  1. Click "Advanced" on your control panel.
  2. Click "MySQL Databse".
  3. Click "Create Database".
  4. Use phpmyadmin or the included login information to the databse or plugins.
